Shortly before I had met Traci I had been diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s follicular lymphoma at the age of 37. This was very shocking and confusing because I had always thought of myself as an active person with a good understanding of nutrition and a balanced diet, along with an active lifestyle. Within the course of a week I had met with several doctors and discussed many options which in turn led to my first of ten radiation treatments. I was very scared and my anxiety level was through the roof. Everything was happening so fast it honestly seemed like the decisions were being made for me. A few days after my last treatment of radiation I met with my oncologist to discuss my progress. I was told that she had met with her colleagues and the overall consensus for further treatment of the tumour near my spine was chemotherapy. Chemotherapy sounded like a death sentence in my opinion. I had seen too many people in my family take a turn for the worse once introduced to chemotherapy; therefore I decided to pursue other options. Luckily for us, my family was introduced to Traci through a neighbourhood friend, and this is where our journey began. Traci helped me to understand my condition and gave me a detailed plan specific to me in regards to nutrition, supplements, physical activity, and emotional and spiritual well-being. Traci’s holistic approach to healing the body has been truly insightful. She is very meticulous, knowledgeable, and passionate about her work and she has a very kind heart. I was looking for guidance and support and I found exactly that. She has gone above and beyond for me in my spiritual awakening and I could not have done this without her. My new outlook on life is one filled with positive conscious choices and looking at things in a whole new light. I believed I could heal myself from the inside out and so did Traci. Six months ago I could barely take a step without shaking and my body felt numb from my waist down. Today I am thrilled to say I am now able to walk fast and play with my 3 year old son which was a very important goal for me. I am also so happy to say that the tumour near my spine is no longer present. I am getting stronger every day, my stamina is increasing and I know in my heart I am on the right path in healing myself in all aspects of my life.
I would like to thank Traci from the bottom of my heart for your time, energy, expertise and care! It has been quite an amazing journey. You have truly opened my eyes and I am forever grateful. Xo

“My husband and I first heard about Traci through a family member. In July 2018 my husband had open heart surgery. I decided that I needed to seek out professional nutritional support for this particular medical condition. We had heard that Traci’s knowledge and expertise was in dealing with diseases of the body and the types of nutrition a body needs to be healthy. We found Traci to be very thorough and holistic in her approach. After our initial assessment, we began a recommended change in lifestyle. We began doing things that would naturally and effectively assist with the building of plague within my husbands arteries. Traci recognizes that you need to begin slowly and gradually change what you can.Just as we were making progress, we were faced with the challenges of cancer, squamous cell carcinoma, Traci was there nutritionally with much needed advice and nutritional and homeopathic recommendations that we followed. I was able to follow a radiation protocol that I believed assisted the body with the damage from radiation. Traci also provided me with emotional and the support I needed to help my husband and I navigate the cancer world. During the radiation, my husband was able to maintain his weight and managed the radiation therapy fairly well. Even the Oncologist noticed how well he did during treatment. Traci assisted with helping me with the nutritional drinks that my husband required, as the traditional calorie nutrients were synthetic and full of sugar. My husband has two medical issues, heart and cancer, so to try and navigate what is best for his body and recovery from both heart and radiation were very important.
I must admit I had a huge learning curve during this process. I relied on Traci and other persons I know who share this thinking. I am reading labels and taking time to figure out how to prepare foods differently. I also have been reminded about the emotional importance of being healthy and how to deal with the effects of stress.
I am glad to say, that my husband had a clear scan last week, and that we are now on the day to day road to a healthy recovery. My husbands heart is functioning very well, and he is getting stronger with each day. We are back in our trailer and enjoying the outdoors.
When your family receives a diagnosis such as open heart surgery and cancer you feel helpless. It is difficult to see this happening to the one you love. Working with Traci helped me and my husband feel empowered and that there was something we could be doing to help ourselves and be a part of his recovery. We have visions of a very healthy and busy future.“

Whitnee O. Acton, OntarioTraci continues to give me great direction on food nutrition. I always use to think that healthy was healthy and unhealthy was unhealthy. Once working with Traci I learned which foods would work best in my system and give me ultimate power and energy over those even healthy options that simply don’t. Traci makes things easy and comfortable for you to follow. I lost 50 lbs 🙂 I highly recommend Traci and fully believe in her nutrition approach.
Mike. W, Calgary AlbertaI had the pleasure of working with Traci as part of a Biggest Loser contest with my work. Traci is knowledgeable and caring. Lillian.W, Alliston, OntarioI have been a client of Traci’s since 2011. Her up to date knowledge, supplement suggestions and her specialized food plans have brought many positive changes to my life. One example is my Vitamin D (hydroxy 25) levels, going from 62 nmol/L to 132 nmol/L in just one year! I feel so much healthier. Traci is very caring, she goes above and beyond, and spends as much time that is needed with me. I would highly recommend calling Traci so you too can experience a healthier lifestyle.
Rene L, Kitchener, OntarioI was over weight and unhappy in the direction I was heading in and had multiple health problems, so I contacted Traci Moor at Sudden Impact nutrition for help. Traci came in and did assessments on my nutritional habits and lifestyle to give me guidance and direction for improvements. The impact this has had on my life has been drastic. I have lost 20 pounds found out what foods have a positive impact and food that is good for my blood type. There were supplements I was lacking and once I started taking the supplements and eating to my blood type the changes were out of this world. I have never felt better and been able to avoid illness when many people around me are ill. I feel this is because my immune system has become much stronger and I am able to fight off the illness. My wife has the same blood type and has found a huge improvement as well with a proper diet and supplements. Thank you Traci for all you have done for Bev and myself to improve our health forever grateful. Who knew that you don’t need to be on a diet you just have adjust you lifestyle to have a lasting positive impact on your life.
